Your FP Technologies HDPE hull undergoes a series of inspections, tests and independent verification before leaving our workshop. From structural water testing and spark testing to independent surveying and comprehensive documentation, every stage is designed to give you complete confidence in quality of the build.
8-Tonne Water Testing
Every hull is water tested using approximately 8 tonnes of water to verify structural integrity before completion.
Spark Testing
Specialist spark testing helps identify any pinholes or imperfections that may not be visible during visual inspection.
Independent Survey
Every FP Technologies HDPE hull is independently surveyed by UK Marine Services Ltd before leaving the factory.
14-Document Pack
Every completed boat is supplied with comprehensive testing, inspection and compliance documentation.
